Cancellation by us
We may regretfully have to cancel classes or events if we do not get enough enrolments in which case you will get a full refund. We may choose to close a course if there is a high level of non-attendance or withdrawal, in which case a proportional refund may be made.
If you cannot attend a class, you can make it up at any of our other classes. No refunds or credits for failure to attend classes due to any reason. If you decide that you cannot attend classes and have paid in full, your classes can be transferred to the next term, but you must ask for a transfer BEFORE the first class of that term minus a $30 administration charge. No transfers or exchange services are given after the second week of classes started to ensure class viability.
Deposits paid for events, retreats, workshops, tickets or performance bookings are non-refundable unless Phoenix Belly Dance cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
If a performance booking client cancels more than 30 days in advance, a refund will be given, less the deposit. If the client cancels less than 30 days but more than 10 days in advance, 50% of the performance fee, less the deposit will be given. If the client cancels less than 10 days before the performance, no refund will be given.
Please remember that asking for a refund while continuing to use the products/services purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
