Belly Dance Festival & Culture Tour to Spain & Morocco - February 2018
Phoenix Belly Dance is proud to present our 2nd International Belly Dance Festival and Culture Tour, and this time we’re going to Spain and Morocco!
In February 2018, we will be offering a full tour for 3 weeks. As well as exploring the best of Morocco, we'll be attending one of the most loved belly dance festivals in Europe, Egipto en Barcelona, a full-on international belly dance festival in Spain (with stars like Randa, Saida, Kazafy, Jillina, Marta, etc)! After the festival, we will begin a guided tour of Morocco including some of the most beautiful sights I’ve ever seen - the High Atlas Mountains, the Sahara Desert, Essouaira, the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, and sooo much more! We will stay in Moroccan Riads, Gites (guesthouses), a Bedouin Camp, meet local Moroccans and Berbers, and experience the food, art, music, dance, nature, and architecture of modern and old Morocco.
We've worked hard to make this trip affordable, and have managed to get some great group discounts. The most expensive elements have been in Spain as everything is in Euros but we didn't want to leave anything important out, and also wanted to make sure we covered the most expensive costs. Hopefully with a bit of saving it's doable in 11 months, and we can help you get there with different timelines for payment and instalment plans. The price will include flights, all accommodation, festival workshops and shows, the 15 day Morocco Tour, most breakfasts and a few extra meals, and a few more bonuses! We've also organised packages for non-dance partners or friends :)
The Tour will have a maximum of 20 spots available (18 have been taken, so 2 spots are available), and we require a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead as most of our discounts on based on this minimum. Registrations are on a first come first served basis for spots and they are very limited (just a heads up that for our Tour to Turkey, we reached our 10 minimum within 24 hours and sold out within a few days).

Dates/Extensions: Departure and arrival dates will be based on the flight path but the departure date should be approximately 30/31 January 2018, and return date approximately 22 February 2018.
We have the option to extend our stay in Spain after the tour ends for approximately 10-12 days, and depending on how many people are interested we can organise a smaller group tour to travel around Spain and attend another belly dance festival, taking place at the beginning of March. Please indicate on your regsitration form if you'd like to know more.

Payment Details:
- A $500 deposit upon registration will secure your spot on the tour
- Instalment plans can be requested, just let us know how frequently and how much each payment will be.
- To qualify for early bird discounts, a minimum of 50% of the total amount is required by the early bird cut off date, and the remaining 50% is required within 30 days of the discount cutoff date
- Registrations will close on 1 September and all outstanding amounts must be paid by this date.

Terms & Conditions
To attend, please read and accept the following terms and conditions when filling out the registration form.
I have read the detailed information about the Phoenix Belly Dance Tour to Spain and Morocco, and what is included and excluded from the price. I understand I am responsible for my own travel arrangements to and from Auckland Airport, and acquiring any VISAs I may require to travel, as well as a valid passport. I will receive additional information before the Tour regarding further details and any other logistical detail adjustments.
REFUND POLICY: I understand that the $500 deposit is non-refundable if I cancel my participation before making final payment. All other money paid is refundable if the Tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If I have to cancel my own attendance I have the option to find a replacement for my spot and be reimbursed, or forfeit any payment I have made.
DISCOUNTS: As a Very Early Bird and Early Bird participant I acknowledge that I am saving money. In the event that there is an unpaid balance after Early-Bird closing dates the total cost will revert to the next early-bird rate or the normal price. If I am billed the normal price I acknowledge that this amount is to be paid by no later than 1 September 2017 or I will incur late payment fees.
LIABILITY: I assume all risks and hazards incidental to my participation in these workshops, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Candice Frankland / Phoenix Belly Dance for any claim arising out of injury to myself or others, personal loss, or death. I understand that Candice Frankland /Phoenix Belly Dance does not provide insurance for loss of personal property and that I am responsible for this. I further understand that I am responsible for my use and any damage to the grounds or equipment in each location I say or visit while on tour, and all related costs are my responsibility to pay for.
WAIVER: I understand and acknowledge that during the Phoenix Belly Dance Tour to Spain and Morocco I will be treated like a responsible adult. As such, I will be expected to be aware of the nature of our activities, to be aware of my own physical conditions and limitations, and to take full responsibility for my own actions and participation in all activities. I will be mindful of my own safety and the safety of others in the group. I understand that Candice Frankland and Phoenix Belly Dance do not provide travel, medical or accident insurance coverage or insurance for loss of personal property and that I am responsible for this.
