To attend, please read and accept the following terms and conditions when filling out the registration form.

I have read the detailed information about the Journey Through Egypt Courses. I understand that I am responsible for my own travel arrangements, accommodation and meals. I understand that I will receive additional information regarding logistical and other details.

REFUND POLICY: If the event is either postponed or cancelled by the organiser due to unforseen circumstances, all participants will be eligible for a refund minus a $30 admin fee. In all other situations, I understand that the $250 deposit and any payments made after 1 August 2024 are non-refundable if I cancel my participation. If I cancel my own attendance I have the option to find a replacement for my spot and be reimbursed, or forfeit payment.

IMPORTANT for discounts: As an Early Bird/Release participant I acknowledge that I am saving money. In the event that there is an unpaid balance after discount closing dates the total cost will revert to the next discounted rate or the normal price. If I am billed the normal price I acknowledge that this amount is to be paid by no later than 1 August 2024.

Hold Harmless Clause: I assume all risks and hazards incidental to my participation in this event, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Candice Frankland / Phoenix Belly Dance / Sahra Saeeda / Kawai Purapura Retreat Centre for any claim arising out of injury to myself or others, personal loss, or death. I have read and agree to the conditions of the statements in this form.

I understand and acknowledge that at the event I will be treated like a responsible adult. As such, I will be expected to be aware of the nature of our activities, to be aware of my own physical conditions and limitations, and to take full responsibility for my own actions and participation in all activities. I will be mindful of my own safety and the safety of others in the group. I understand that Candice Frankland /Phoenix Belly Dance does not provide medical or accident insurance coverage or insurance for loss of personal property and that I am responsible for this.
